Greetings and Salutations Imagine Schools at South Vero Parents,

My name is Jonathan Sternberg, and I am honored and excited to be named the new principal of Imagine Schools at South Vero(ISSV). I have lived in Vero Beach for the past sixteen years with my wife, Michele. We have three boys ages ten, eight, and five. My first four years, I taught middle and high school English at St. Edward's School. In January of 2000, I opened Make Your Mark Learning Center in Vero Beach, which I owned for ten years, and for the past seven years, I have been the Assistant Director of Indian River Charter High School. All of these experiences, I believe, have led me to my dream job as Principal of ISSV. The culture, the staff, the students, the parent involvement, the school philosophy, and the Micro Society program are exemplary, and I am anxiously awaiting the start of school.   

Also, thank you for trusting us with your child. You had a choice, and you chose us. That is powerful, and we must fulfill your expectations. My pledge to you is that I will work to the best of my ability each day to ensure your child is having a positive experience emotionally, mentally, and physically. I will be sending out more information in subsequent weeks informing you of dates for our picnic, orientations, and other upcoming events. Please feel free to browse the website, as well, for information and updates. I look forward to meeting with you in the near future. I want to thank everyone who has welcomed me to ISSV these past two weeks; the hospitality I have received reinforces the belief that we truly are a family.
